  • I was so looking forward to this meal! And, mostly, it did not disappoint. Signature cocktails, wine, soup, salad, bread and dessert were all delicious. The service? Exceptional. The issue was the main course. While my husband's swordfish was delicious,  my duck....well, not so much. It came with duck pate, vegetables and a rice cake. All had the same texture and, when eating, became unpleasant. It was removed from our bill but, unfortunately, left a bad taste (no pun intended) in my mouth.

  • What can I say, a very, very good experience here. We had seats at the kitchen bar, which was good as watching an action adventure movie. How that team does what they do is amazing. Was really great to see a high end professional kitchen at the top of their game. We had the house cured sausage app, fantastic and the top neck clams appetizers, which both are a must order at this restaurant, no better clam dish to be had. I split the Emeril's 16oz bone in pork chop which is prepared in a sous vide bath, then grilled off to order and topped with a dual layer of an amazing sauce, underneath were candied sweet potatoes, wow, was that good. Most of all the service was as professional as can be. I had my 15 year old son with me and he wanted the pork chop, so Scott, our server, offered to split it into two portions, unsolicited and that was really perfect. They also served the sausage app "deconstructed" as my son did not want all the other items it was served with. Not an easy task for a busy kitchen. Staff were all so kind, respectful and accommodating everywhere in the restaurant. They really treated us like we were special, for that reason and the quality of the food, I would go again in a heartbeat. Great job to the Emeril's team!!

  • This was a top notch experience during our stay in New Orleans. Saw great reviews and had high expectations for this restaurant, happy to report it did not disappoint. We ordered two appetizers, two main dishes, two drinks and dessert to share. It was lunch, so portions were supposedly smaller than those for dinner, but it was enough got us. The service was absolutely great and unobtrusive, waiters are nice in super clean white uniforms. There is open kitchen design, which looks pretty good and very clean. Actually everything is very clean, including restroom. The dishes looked great and tasted fantastic. The prices were reasonable. Gave good tips. Highly recommended.

  • This just a great place. Customer service is incredible! They were very accommodating for my wife and some of her dietary restrictions. Also the food was great! Definitely going back!

  • Such a wonderful dining experience. The food and service were exceptional. Everything was delicious and perfectly seasoned. Their wine list was like a novel with so many options, but the staff is right there and always willing to help and give you recommendations. Definitely save your stomach for dessert because their famous banana cream pie is worth it.
