  • I visited here for three nights on Halloween weekend and the city was pretty packed due to Voodoo Fest and other events. I was able to get a great rate on the room, even though it was a busy weekend and the hotel is in the heart of Bourbon Street and you can't find a better location if you like being in the middle of the party. When you walk out of the hotel, you are literally in the middle of Bourbon and it's so close that the hotel provides earplugs in every room due to the noise. Its obviously an older property and the rooms are a little small and dated, but overall its a clean property. The staff was friendly and the check-in went flawless. The do start checking room cards after a certain time to enter the property which keeps out all the non-guest party goers. Room service did forget to clean our room on one of our nights and we notified staff and they came and cleaned it, but when we returned to the room later, noticed that they had taken all of the towels and didn't restock them. We had to make a second call to the front desk to get towels. Valet Parking was quick, but kind of expensive, which is standard for anywhere around NOLA. Overall its a great hotel if you like being right in the middle of the action, but isn't the most modern and luxurious place around. I would stay here again on my next visit to New Orleans.

  • My stay here was absolutely perfect everything we requested we got without a hassle. Staff was friendly. room was nice. My only issue is the pillows being extremely too soft. Other than that I would stay again... hotel in the perfect location as well.

  • I really enjoyed my stay here. I stayed here at this hotel for 4 days. We were in town for my Sisters birthday. From the moment we checked in until we checked out, everything was exceptional. The staff were super friendly and showed great hospitality, everything was so clean and the food at the hotel was very good. I am definitely staying here again next time I am in town. I will be recommending this hotel to friends and family.

  • What a wonderful place to stay. If you want to get the full experience being in the big easy stay here. Very clean, respectful tenants that did everything for our party of 4 except carry us to the room. Very very satisfied!!!!!

  • We had a lovely stay here for two nights. We chose a room overlooking the courtyard, which I'd recommend. We contemplated Bourbon St., but I suspect that would have been too noisy for this particular visit (with kids). The pool is fantastic, never crowded - perfect ambiance. Staff was friendly, room was clean and great location - right in the thick of it! All in all, we'd visit again. As a note, it did appear that some rooms overlooking the parking garage - so you may want to ask and ensure you have a better view, I would not have loved that!
