Gordon Biersch Brewery is an American brewery founded by Dan Gordon and Dean Biersch. My food, beer, and service was great. The only thing about this place is that it isn't an authentic New Orleans experience. If you don't mind that, this is a good place for a diverse menu and a variety of beers. If you are here for tourism, go spend your limited time here at one of the local legends. If you're here for work or etc. and just want good beer and food, look no further.
Gordon Biersch brews decent beer and has a nice selection of food. It is a run of the mill brewpub chain; but when nothing else is open and you're hungry at night this is a great place to go. Servers were not necessarily friendly, but they were attentive. Overall I had a pleasant dinner.
Amazing food and great prices. Cocktails are made well and delicious. Been here 2 in two days!
What a disappointment. The mussels (large size) are NOT large enough as a meal, despite what the wait staff says. They were lukewarm and VERY salty. I would not recommend them. Service was mediocre at best, we were seated in the bar area, and it seemed we were more of an inconvenience than a customer. The only reason it gets a single star is the beer. We were also here for a group function the other night and the wings weren't great, the pizza was "meh," and the fries were bland.
The worst. Maybe because we went at at 9 P.M. Ordered the steak, well done. When the steak came out it was still "moo-ing". Ordered the beef taco, which is not shredded. It was 3 taco's with 1 peice of steak. Ordered the pepperoni pizza which was good. Ordered a garden salad, it was warm and the dressing was watery.
