  • This place was wonderful! My wife and I walked in and met Eric and I can't remember the guys name behind the counter but they were great! This was a last minute decision so we had to take a room on the top floor, a little stair climbing was involved but it was good exercise. The location was perfect, we were able to park our vehicle in a parking area that it secured. It cost a little more but for the piece of mind knowing our vehicle was safe was worth it. We walked all over the French Quarters and Bourbon Street with out driving.

  • Thank you so much to Erick, Katie, Michael, Ty and John for making my first trip to NOLA extra special!! Although I traveled solo I didn’t feel alone, thanks to the fun chats, tips and awesome recommendations y’all provided!! The unfussy hotel itself is gorgeous, and just the right mixture of traditional (and thus quirky) 1800s Creole architecture and soothing calm that I was looking for for my mini vacation. The location is perfect - on a quiet enough street in the French Quarter that it’s still relaxing but there’s definitely no worries about missing out since there are so many cool restaurants, local spots, shops and tours all around. I saw comments about the lack of an elevator and the loudness, but neither bothered me; it’s actually quite the opposite - I’m glad no one installed a clunky, awkward elevator because it would detract from the magic of staying at the beautiful renovated 19th century property! More importantly I loved how safe the space felt, since even though each room is accessed through the courtyard, no one can get into the hotel without going through the lobby, and I knew staff members were around to keep an eye out. Wrapping this up with another shout out to the awesome staff who took the time to chat and make me feel welcome and who went above and beyond! You guys are amazing and I can’t wait to come back to this spot! :)

  • Really beautiful and historic hotel just one block off of bourbon street making it extremely convenient to get to all the fun stuff, but quiet enough to go to sleep when you're ready. Everything is clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the over all decor is up to date, but still tasteful to the period of the hotel's history. They also have some on site parking that is off the street for an additional fee. I would definitely book another night or two at this hotel.

  • Eric is awesome! He has been beyond helpful and Michael is great as well. I can't say enough about Eric, he helped us carry our luggage, drew us a map to everywhere we wanted to go and helped us find somewhere to park. Would definitely stay here again.

  • Affordable way to stay in the quarter, the building is old so the experience is breathtaking.. of course it’s been updated a little.. but it makes you feel the history of the marvelous crescent city. I felt like I should have been going out to a jazz bar in the 1920s, not to kareoke on Bourbon in 2018. Very chic, small, and comfortable rooms. If ghosts live there; they are happy ghosts. Good vibes and cozy decor.
