Julia Street Cruise Terminal Reviews & Ratings

  • Easy to find. Staff was super helpful, especially with my mother who has mobility issues. I always recommend that clients fly into port the night before a cruise, but this is one of those ports where I would recommend coming into town a few days before your cruise. Take time to explore New Orleans - the town, the food, the culture, the history, and of course - the beignets! It would be very easy to get a cab or an Uber from your hotel over to the luggage drop off at the cruise port.

  • oUr carnival cruise experience was phenomenal and we enjoyed the shopping center attached to the terminal. long line but moved quick.

  • The parking was close to the terminal and the employees worked hard to keep things flowing and accommodating, which is where they got the two stars. The price was neutral. $110 is reasonable for 5 and a half days of parking. HOWEVER. We get back to the car and soon realize anything of value had been taken. We took a different car, but I had left my car keys in the console and they were gone, as well as some other items we decided not to take on the ship. Trying to call to claim the problem, we were directed to 3 different departments, and told to call the terminal, the Hilton, and some other company. Overall, disappointed that I am out an extra $280 to get a new key and the lack of assistance for the problem.

  • The perfect opening start for you New Orleans visit. There's a huge mall with everything you may need for your night out in the Princess and the Frog original set

  • Our first time cruising and it was a great experience. Everything went smooth at the terminal.
