Beautiful mansion on grounds in New Orleans. Nice consolation if you can't get out to the plantations. You walk the gardens outside by yourself, then you can go inside and get a tour. The tour guides were real nice, new their stuff, leaving took us down into the basement to check out The Wine Cellar.overall I had a great time, I would recommend to anyone looking to kill some time in New Orleans.
Beautiful landscape property that is a venue for social gatherings and weddings. It is a great place to support artistic and horticultural endeavor. The gardens were a great disappointment as I thought it would be as an English garden of hedges.
Enjoyed the house tour very much. Impressed by the furnishings and details of the house. The gardens are so so and needs more maintenance.
Gorgeous gardens. Don't miss the house tour. It was fascinating!
Gorgeous and peaceful. Worth the drive away from everything else to enjoy a quiet oasis.
