  • There is nothing else in the world like Jazz Fest. This is a one of a kind festival unlike any other you have been to or will experience. With ongoing second lines that can pull you in to a half mile walk, it's easy to get lost. I spent most of my experienced privileged to be on stage with an artist/press pass and get some great photos of legends and grammy award winning artists left and right. I would recommend whatever day you choose going to Jazz Fest to get there a little bit early with a few supplies so you can anchor down on your base for your group. It is also recommended to go with a group because you all can help each other out and hold ground for each other. I would also recommend that even though some of the biggest names in music history will be there all around you, not to waste time creating yourself an agenda or itinerary. It is better to get lost in it all and see where you end up as everything will sound and feel amazing any where you go and walk around. Couldn't recommend this enough, just take a look at the photos!

  • It time dress in light clothes and wear some sunscreen. The atmosphere is live in music of every rythum of culture. There's crafts, food and booze.

  • My city's culture at it's best. A little flavor from around the city

  • Amazing! Always a good time and one of the many reasons I love new orleans! There is a ton of good food here and music for ever one. The port a pottes are the only bad thing. But you could wait in a long line for the few areas where they have bathrooms with pumping. But over all just a good old time!

  • Great music, great food...too many great musical acts to name. Attend Jazz Fest once and you won't stop coming. It's like opening a bag of Zapp's potato chips -can't eat just one!
