Smoothie King Center, New Orleans Reviews

  • Great place to see and listen to a concert. The seats were comfortable and the acoustics were pretty good. The facility was clean and modern. The full service bar was not ridiculously priced as some other venues. It was painless getting in, but exiting was a different story. There weren't any clearly marked exits, and we felt like cattle being herded to slaughter.

  • Great staff and a great place to catch a Pels game. Gonna miss this place for the staff alone, they know how to go that extra step and make your visit a great one. Prices on concessions are more than fair, and some of them are really really good (the loaded nachos are just ridiculously good).

  • We were there for a train concert in June 2018, because we purchased tickets in the front rows, we had access to the VIP lounge before the concert. They serve drinks and food and we had an excellent time. Later of course we got our front row seats at the concert and had a fantastic time. There was Hall & Oates and train. We purposely went to New Orleans for this concert even though they had been in Central Florida Orlando area just a week before. We just could not pass up the opportunity to have a reason to go back to the French Quarter. Fantastic time

  • Saw the Red Hot Chili Peppers here, seats were average, but the center is made for midrange concerts. Probably 20 to 30 thousand people. Staff was friendly and helpful, acoustic was good, didn't feel crowded. It did help that the Red hot chili peppers sounded awesome. I would recommend this to anyone as a concert venue

  • This is a great concert venue and sports arena that I have visited a few times now. Parking isn’t terrible, as it shares a lot with the Superdome. There is always ample staff to help direct you to where you need to go and there is typically not a long wait to get in the door. This is a great place for any concert or sport event.
