  • My wife and I ate here on our last night in town after dining all over New Orleans. It was by far our favorite meal, hands down! Food was on point with amazing depth of flavor. Definitely not traditional Creole food, everything on the menu is taken to the next level with unique ingredients and a fun presentation. Our server Brandy was very friendly and knowledgeable about everything on the menu. Service was prompt and efficient but gave us plenty of space to enjoy our anniversary. Every recommendation given was a home run. Our favorites were the Sweet Potato Beignets, Braised Short Rib and Cherries Jubilee Bread Pudding. Keep up the great work SoBou, can't wait to come back and visit from Colorado.

  • Went here for happy hour one night and Sunday breakfast. The cocktails were delicious(Sazerac & BarBar's punch) and the apps were good (see photos). The legs & eggs dish for breakfast was one of the best meals I had down here. Try them out!

  • This was my favorite meal in New Orleans. We went to burlesque brunch. Our waitress was so sweet and took really good care of the hungover birthday girl in our group. The food was delicious and came out fairly quickly.

  • Went here for the Coolinary menu and ended up off the regular menu. The whole fish was perfectly prepared. The oysters and deconstructed tamale less than stellar. I enjoyed the service and atmosphere. It was good enough to try out the legs and eggs burlesque brunch!

  • Make a reservation for 6:30 PM, but get here at 4. Enjoy the happy hour for 2 hours and keep going with the amazing appetizers (“small bytes”) and the “big bytes”. A must when visiting NOLA. We loved SoBou!
