Jacob Schramm Nature Preserve is a protected area where you will find some rare species of flora and fauna. Dorothy and Armin had put effort to develop this place as a protected one in mid eighteenth century and hence this site derived its name from Schramm family in which they belonged to. As a number of birds inhabit the place, this spot is well known for bird watching too. It is located among Indiana woods where walking can be enjoyed in the natural trials.
