Beacons Closet Reviews & Ratings
I brought in three 30-gallon garbage bags full of clothes, some designer, practically brand new designer shoes, and they took not ONE item! Out of at least 100+ items. I donated the rest to charity. Wouldn’t be surprised if I saw a few of my nicer items on their shelves within a few days...
The customer service in the front at this location is a miss. I get greeted in the back and more help than in the front of the store. They're zombies, just sifting through clothing, look up at the door to see who's coming in and then look back down towards the clothes. The Only great thing I like is the selection of Dr. Martens boots.
This place is hard to figure out. I have sold a lot of items there in the past, but my last two trips have been awful. They pass on 7s, Diesel, and Bonobos pants on near mint condition. Meanwhile, if you look at the jeans they sell, it’s no-name brands for under $20. Although they were buying for fall, they passed on my nearly unworn Frye boots. It’s jacket season but they didn’t want my newish Marmot jacket either. Bizarre.
My husband and I have been going to Beacon’s closet for the last 10 years. They have a great selection of clothes and the staff is friendly and helpful. It’s always a great shopping experience.
Come here often and love the curate they do! You can find the best brands and style for affordable prices. They have others locations but This one is my fave, it is bigger and more comfortable than others, also the staff is always friendly!
