  • This is one of my favorite book stores. Even though I'm not able to be there often, when I'm there I could spend hours. The environment is cozy, comfortable and relaxed. It's one of those bookstores that are the perfect size because there's a wide selection but it's not so big that it doesn't feel welcoming. I feel very much at home there and the staff is amazing. The book recommendations and fun things like "going on a blind date" with a book are really cute. The staff and atmosphere really makes you feel like you're part of a family.

  • I love this place. Staff is very helpful reminds me of little bookstores from the days before Amazon and Barnes and nobles. Very personal service and the staff if so knowledgeable.

  • This store has signed editions of books I want and a great selection of children's books too. My two most recent experiences with this store have been great and the staff was helpful, patient and very nice. I will definitely come here in the future for any signed editions from some of my favorite authors.

  • I stopped in this store a couple of times and the reps acted like they did not want to help me. I'm not sure why. I even used my teacher voice talking to my husband what I needed with the rep standing approximately 3' away from me with no other customers around. I may not look like their young wealthy Flatiron district's parents. I am a teacher looking for excellent literature for my students to be captivated and transported stimulating through the book and their imagination.

  • A dedicated children's book store. Nice staff, good and old atmosphere. Wish it could be a bit bigger.
