  • I went to the store early morning to avoid the crowd, because it is nice and quiet. I thought it would be a quick in and out. I was wrong. First, the sale lady on the first floor by the main entrance "meet & greet" send me to the wrong floor. Then I got misdirected by another sale person to the wrong dept. After I gather what I need, I then approach to a sale rep who was busy organizing the clothing rack, her back was facing me so she didn't see me. I try to ask her for direction but she couldn't hear me because she got her headphone on (shouldn't there be a no headphone policy while one the job)? Lucky I came in the morning at 7:45am, so I only spend about 40 minutes to get one item. All in all, the location is nice and convenient. The best time to shop is in the morning, if you know where you're going. It shouldn't be a problem. I give it a three stars because I think management need to look closer to their staffs lack of professionalism.

  • Very helpful attentive staff. Much more selection than Lincoln Center location. Downside they don't carry sizes above 14 for formal dresses. And the 14s aren't 14's they are 10's. Not for curvy girls

  • Big store to find basic stuff at a fair price. I was searching for a wallet and came out with three more stuff. It’s definitely a very cheap price where you find tons of basic stuff, but just basic. Didn’t have much of experience with staff, but they didn’t show interest in helping you.

  • Century 21 has better quality winter coats than most discount stores. The atmosphere at this location is awesome. I love the customer service. I love the Ralph Lauren accessories Century 21 has in stock. I will come back.

  • This place is pretty hectic! If you have time and patience to sift through the racks then this is the place for you. A great array of designers and products on offer. Small sizes are often limited.
