  • It's a cheap place to stay in NYC. Close to Subway. Those are the positives. Old. Rooms Need painted, room so small that I couldn't use ironing board and had to ask for iron! Coffee maker didn't work, mini fridge on the floor and had to kneel to get inside! Heat and AC didn't work right in the room etc.

  • Get what you pay for, definitely not luxury. We were in the basement, which wasn't the greatest. Our safe was broken and the bathroom had a hint of pee smell no matter what, the room smelt a bit musty also. TV was huge. Small fridge. Location was good, very close to train. Breakfast included, hard to beat the staff to the fruit, they appeared to take that home with them. The staff overall was nice and mostly willing to assist. The infused water by the elevator was nice.

  • This was an incredible place for the price. It's a value hotel. We paid $99 per night. Sure, the room was small and less than luxurious and there wasn't an omelette station at breakfast, but we didn't pay for a 5 star hotel. For an incredibly low price, we got a reasonably comfortable king sized bed, hot water in the shower, free breakfast (that included eggs, sausage, pastries, yogurt and more), friendly service, a huge TV, and FREE PARKING. The location is just perfect- only a few blocks from a train station and near restaurants and convenience stores. If you want a roomy, cozy room with a big fluffy bed that you can hang out in all day, this is not the place. If you just want a decent place to sleep and a ton of amenities for the price, this is it!

  • DO NOT STAY HERE FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME. This place is tiny, dirty, very little parking (12 spaces for 50+ rooms) and the towels feel like sandpaper. The cleaning solution used is so strong it hurts my throats and I can taste it when I brush my teeth. After my wife convinced the manager to have the maid stop using the "cleaner" the whole room smelled strongly of mold. Our closet smelled especially bad. The closet was very small. The wifi rarely reached my room. I had to convince the manager that my room had no ironing board. This took a few attempts before they would bring it to me. I was brought an iron twice before I was actually brought an ironing board. The breakfast in the morning is not healthy or good at all. I got there at 6:45 one morning and the fruit was already gone. One thing that I saw in a lot of reviews said that there is no room service. There is in fact daily room service.

  • Rooms are small. Our room overlooks a busy street and subway train tracks, so it's very noisy. Breakfast room is very undersized. Parking is very limited. Convenient to subway station though.
