  • This is the best deli in town from my point of view. Everything in the menu is awesome, and they have some of the best pastrami money can buy. One of the few places where the sides are on par with the big ticket items. The red cabbage slaw is wonderful. The poutine is outrageous. Love this place!

  • I came here just about every morning during a trip to NYC recently and loved it. Awesome bagels, great eggs, and wonderful service. Also the laid-back Montreal Deli vibe shines through.

  • One of the best breakfast in Manhattan. I recommend Smoked Meat Hash ($14): cubes of Mile End smoked meat, tons of onions, and a few cubes of potatoes, topped by a fried egg. Love this place.☝👌

  • Great soups, and smoked meat just like in Montreal. Was hoping the portion would be a bit bigger à la Schwartz’s or Katz’s, though. Also, the pickles seemed under-brined to me.

  • This place was ok. I had the meat sandwich which was really small for the money you pay for it. Was told 2 people can eat it and it's not true. Katzs makes them bigger and better for the same price so to me this was just ok and kinda a rip. And the deluxe fries with the cheese and gravy was gross. It looks and tastes gross. I expected something different. The pickle you get it really hard skin and rough to chew. I love pickles at was surprised how bad this one was. I like trying new place and this one I won't be back for.
