  • Decent experience, very good for the price. I booked a room the night before for ~$100. The room was small but it was clean. The TV had a black spot on it that didn't work but other than that, the room was fine. The front desk was organized and polite. There is a communal microwave in the lobby.

  • I was skeptical at first, but didn't want to pay the amount I did for one night in Manhattan. It was a good experience. The hotel is a 5 min walk to the subway. It's in a remote area and there's railroad tracks in front of the hotel, but I stayed in the first floor and didn't hear them at all through the night. The staff is friendly and accommodating -- really helpful! The hotel itself was nice, and the size of it was pretty decent given that most hotels in New York are super small. Would definitely stay there again.

  • Staff here are lovely, the rooms are clean and decent, not too big and not too small. Air conditioning works well, doesn't need to be on all night as the room retains and circulates the air nicely. Lovely big windows, higher floors have magnificent views of the city. It is budget, so pack your own bubble bath and niceties (they had a lovely large tub, had some great baths, much needed after long days walking around clocking up a step count of 20,000!). They do have a little 'marketplace' / little shop where you check in and you can buy snacks/water/ice cream stuff like that. They should also sell some toiletries upgrades (like bubble bath for instance) and other things that you may need/would ordinarily get complimentary in a regular hotel... It is a little far from the nearest convenience store or pharmacy, so the shop is definitely needed. The fan in the bathroom is quite noisy and turns on whenever the light is turned on, some sort of night light in the bathroom would have been nice. This hotel is pet friendly, and my cat loved it (specifically the massive windows). If you are visiting with a pet you will be put on the ground/first floor or second floor. Our first floor room had wonderfully high ceilings which made it feel a lot more spacious and airy. The Queen size beds are roomy and we took a double Queen room in the hope of gaining a little extra space for our luggage. The TV is good with a lot of channels. Also, very comfortable beds! All in all I was pleasantly surprised given the price point, although I did miss the comforts of a normal hotel.

  • Motel is located on a safe place, close to Manhattan with good subway access. Because it is near the trains, it sounds a bit of noise, but nothing terrible. The motel is modern, new and well equipped. I was happy for the cable TV, high speed internet, electronic keys. In the motel next to the reception is a small shop where you can buy food and drink.Hotel staff are willing, professional and well-equipped when you need help. Quality accommodation at a good price.

  • While this hotel is a bit remote from the center of the city, it is well worth it. Access to metro stations are only a short walk away. Each of the staff members that I came in contact with during my 4 day stay was friendly and helpful. They always had a smile for us and a nice greeting, whether we were coming in or going out. The hotel is extremely clean and quiet.
