New York Harbor is basically a part of the Port Authorities of both New York and New Jersey. It is located at the mouth of the lovely Hudson River where this river empties into New York Bay and then further into the Atlantic Ocean at the East Coast of the United States. It is also one of the largest naturally formed harbors in the whole world. Although the United States Board on Geographic Names chooses not to use the harbor in their mentions, this New Harbor has really important governmental, historical, ecological and commercial usages.

New York Harbor Reviews & Ratings
It's a beautiful place to be. You will enjoy the views and get the peaceful healing of heart from the sea view. I will recommend visiting this site for personal reflection and meditation. It's cool to come alone with your burden and offload them at the harbor.
All clean, you may pass with the taxi to the pier.. Cruise ships are just there. Good assistance
There's no place like home. Auntie emm. Lol
Great views and photo opportunities of the action going on in the harbor from both the NYC or New Jersey river banks. Constant traffic on the Hudson River by just about everything and anything that floats. If you're lucky you might catch a huge cruise ship arriving or departing, or the "Beast" ripping along at 45mph.(check my photos for the Norwegian Dawn cruise ship 8/10/19 departure on its 7 day round trip to Nassau and a video of the "Beast") As you might imagine, the harbor is best enjoyed on a warm sunny day.
My city such a beautiful view.
