Zara, New York City Reviews - Write a Review
Great store but lines are horrible both for trying stuff in and paying. Store otherwise beautiful, make sure to check out both floors. Returns are only done upstairs which is in part while the lines get long. After waiting almost 15 minutes, staff thought to check downstairs and announced there was no line. It would have been nice to know sooner to get people through the check out process faster. Aside from lines, love the store and the location!
If I could give this Zara negative stars I would. First time going to this location and as everyone knows Zara is very hectic and messy and I was looking for one item specifically. When I walked in I asked an employee where I could find it and she responded very rudely with "it's in the middle". WOW thank you for the help that was so not helpful. After I found the jacket I found a mirror and set my stuff on a table so I could try it on and the employee near goes "you can't leave your stuff there". First off I set it there to try on your merchandise to purchase and I'm not putting my stuff on the floor. I would never return to this Zara, extremely disappointed with their service, Soho Zara is for sure my favorite.
Main floor womans dept. Little messy. Loud. Long lines No fun. Downstairs is Mens dept. Lil smaller, more organized. Shorter lines but still only 1 cashier.
Busy place indeed but personally I always had good experience. Good service, nice collections and pleasant ambience. I'm enjoying shopping here. Thanks Zara
Disorganized as usual, rude employees as usual, crowded fitting rooms as usual. Really wish they would step up their game by either training the staff better, hiring more staff or pay them better to do a better job. The only good experience I had in Zara was internationally. Should of taken pictures if their mess.
