  • This hotel is located in probably one of the best places it can be if you’re staying in New York. The hotel is classy, modern and there is always someone available to help if required. The only thing I would say needs improving is that the hotel room needs tea/coffee facilities for its guests. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed in where those facilities haven’t been available. Other than that, would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be in the heart of the city.

  • We had an Urban Queen room. On the small size. Comfortable bed, the room was clean and well appointed. The breakfast buffet was excellent, but a tad pricey. Helpful and friendly staff.

  • I am a 13 year old girl, and my stay at the Hilton has been exceptionally okay, aside from the struggle of commuting from one hotel to another. One of the reasons that my family has had a problem with this hotel is because if lack of communication and the workers here not being clear enough as they should've been. Other than that, the hotel rooms are nice and clean, thanks to the amazing cleaning ladies. They made the room feel clean and fresh. The bathrooms are also really clean and the soap and shampoo and conditioner smell great. Also, the view that my family and I got was amazing. You could really take some great pictures from the windows, which were also very big. The rooms overall are pretty big and have nice high ceilings. Our stay has been fun.

  • Bad service at the check in counter, the guys there don't belong in the service industry. The room was tiny even by midtown standards and was very dark and not very clean. AC wasn't working very well. The hotel is definitely showing it's age You have to pay for early check in, you have to pay to have your bag stored. Place is overcrowded. There are better hotels in midtown in the same price range.

  • The executive lounge was freaking awesome. It was such a benefit while staying at the hotel. The staff was great and the coffee and quiet atmosphere was great for catching up on emails/calls.
