  • Nice chocolate factory shop. A good place to spend time with the family, especially when one has a young family. You get to know the entire process of making chocolate. Right from where cocoa comes from, the fake cocoa tree, and the real cocoa beans. In fact you get the play with the actual cocoa beans too. You get to grind your beans, processing to the actual chocolate. The kids loved it. Ooh! the chocolate city, the games, and the chocolate pattern-making, our little ones enjoyed it. Definitely a place to visit. The only down side is the amount of staff working, quite less. But overall, it was a well time spent. We all had fun.

  • Great stop for adults and kids alike! The chocolate is delicious and the self guided tour is fun and educational. There are many interactive exhibits and you can compete against each other in quizzes and carnival style games. Trade your winnings for free chocolate at the end of the tour and enjoy your chocolate “ticket.” Make your own chocolate bar for $2 and have a festive picture of yourself emailed to you. Try the chocolate shoe, it’s crazy fun.

  • Chocolate is an amazing creation. I visited this place with my sisters and daughter. A nice place to visit with kids. We got to know about cocoa beans and different flavours of chocolate. Kids enjoyed playing games. The chocolate fall was excellent. Nice flavours of chocolates available. Do not forget to try the hot chocolate. Food at the restaurant was amazing. Must visit place when ur visiting Philip island.

  • Good way to kill some time on a rainy day. We did the self-guided tour and took our time. It's cleverly put together with a mix of educational displays on plantation through to processing chocolate and some fun interactive games for the kids. There are some samples of plain Dark, Milk, and White chocolate during the walk through and as others mention, your ticket is a chocolate bar.

  • Unfortunately there were large groups of overseas tourists visiting at the same time as my family. We were pushed out of the way several times and our experience was definitely soured by this. The staff were fantastic and friendly and the tour price not too bad.
