  • Very informative tour of an incredible lighthouse that was brought back from the brink of demolition. Free self-guided tour allowing you access to most of the building and the gardens that surround. 12 minute video provides a great overview of the lighthouse, it's history, and some of the history of the area. Incredible view of the jetties and boats coming in.

  • Really cool way to see Oregon history up close and at your own pace. My kids loved it which made me happy since I worried they might be bored. It can be closed for bad weather but we got lucky and it was nice when we went and the attendants were super friendly and courteous.

  • Very clean park area with lots of picnic tables to choose from. Either in the sun or shade. The gazebo area has a beautiful tribute to people lost at sea.

  • Beautiful. Saw some dunes beyond a row of houses and decided to pull off the highway to see if we could reach the beach. Quiet, open space with a lovely path leading down though the bushes from the parking lot. Kids had a lot of fun playing here. Felt untouched.

  • Kids loved it as well as my husband and I!! It was beautiful and relaxing. The weather was perfect that day.
