The Ba Ho Waterfalls lie 25 kilometres away from Nha Trang and are well worth the drive there. The drive along the coast is jaw-dropping beautiful with stretches of coast and rice paddies passing you as you go. Untouched, pristine silver cascades await you here with their spiritually stirring beauty. Visitors can choose to swim in the waterfalls and picnic by them too. To reach the third tier of the waterfall, there is a bit of trekking to be done which offers some spectacular photo opportunities.

  • Wear shoes with good grips and comfortable clothing.
  • Do not litter the surroundings.

  • The best way to reach the waterfalls is either by taxi or by motorbike.

  • Quan Gio Goc Restaurant.

  • Cool place. Wear proper shoes to navigate the mountain of rocks in order to reach the falls. There are no changing rooms and bathrooms are disgusting.

  • Wonderful, but not for everybody. Need to be in a good shape to reach the top.

  • There’s several bins for waste along the way which is really nice as it means there’s not much waste. 3 spots for swimming, follow the red arrows to climb your way up. There is actually a different route at the bottom which is probably safer for kids, as some parts of the route can be tricky and have a lot of distance between each step, meant for longer legs. Nice and cool water, not too touristy.

  • Beautiful place, although lots of building going on near the entrance (50k vnd) so will probably be ruined soon. The trail is fun, and easy enough if you are of average fitness. You must be able to pull your weight over some small rocks and maybe jump 1m unless you wanna wade through the water. Water was clear, only saw another 20 or so people there, would not be 5* if it was packed. Also I hope the trail doesn't get concreted to make it accessible, most of the fun was walking through nature. I bought a 2 banh mi and 2 water from a village nearby for 30k in total.

  • A well worth place to visit for those bored of the beach. The location has an entrance fee if 50.000 VND, well worth the expense just for the fact that the place is kept relatively clean compared to all other free locations. I think the best period to go is in the rainy season when the water are at its highest to appreciate the power of water.
