  • Always a good experience at Embassy Suites. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone is eager to make your stay enjoyable. Forget your toothbrush? They'll run up to bring you one. Need extra towels? No problem - delivered within 10 minutes. This place is worth the extra money.

  • Briefly speaking, Embassy Suites by Hilton ruined our honeymoon! My wife and I needed to pay for slippers and water; We had to pay $75 for parking; We had to stay in such a long line for breakfast that we decided to check out without breakfast; Elevators were down on the day of our check out and we spent 15 minutes to go down and another 20 minutes to get back up again! There was absolutely NO ONE to help us with our luggage; and when I contacted the hotel management, they barely got back to me! NO compensation, terrible customer service! Don't GO especially if you are with your spouse or partner! I do not recommend them at all!

  • If i could give them more stars,I defiantly would! Best customer service ever, we been to many countries and this one stay has made a official "going back" . I was already in Ontario with a reservation on another hotel yet when we arrived they had given our suit to another customer, which ruined our stay the one night so i decided to call Embassy the next day to see if they had anything available & they did!! they made up for our terrible night at the prior hotel.. we stayed in the Junior Suit (amazing view) very happy with the price for it being last min reservation. They are by far the best in what they do.. from check-in to check-out to food to customer service the best..defiantly recommend!!!

  • The rooms were really nice. We ended up upgrading to a Fallsview with two full size beds. But there stops the good impression. The wait for the elevators was extremely long. After waiting for over 30 min for an elevator to go to breakfast, we ended up taking the stairs. The emergency phone/direct to desk phone by elevators was not working. We ordered room service and they forgot to bring up all the items we ordered. ( although after a phone call they brought it up). Then comes the money issue.... first of all this hotel charges it’s version of a tourism tax, which by law is voluntary... however when asked to remove it...they said it was mandatory. When I spoke to other hotels, some were willing to waive the fee. They also apply this extra fee to parking, room service and gift shops on premise. The trip ended up costing hundreds of dollars more than advertised, because they don’t disclose this fee till charged. Also, they try to charge you everything up front, rather than at checkout.... but they will tell you it’s just a “hold” on the total amount of your trip plus security deposit... which is suspiciously close to the amount of the undisclosed fees. Lines to breakfast were long, food was decent. Our vehicle was parked off site, and charged $50 a day plus tax and fees... we had to get shuttles to get our car. We would’ve been better off parking in the lot across the street for $20 a day. The view was nice, but due to our experiences, I will not go there again... would rather stay somewhere outside of Niagara Falls, and just drive the 15 min to sight see....would’ve saved me hundreds of dollars.

  • Hotel itself was fine. Seemed clean enough.. Found it incredibly irritating that we had to wait half an hour to get on the elevator to go up to our room because it was "rush hour" as I was told by the front desk. Really deterred us from going out again knowing that we would have to go through that again just to get back to our room.
