  • My room seemed newly renovated. There were 4 of us staying, and the room was rather spacious and accommodated us very well. Bathroom was large and newly renovated. Sink for the bathroom was outside so that while one was showering, another could brush teeth/do makeup. Great experience, would go back again. Only reason for 4/5 is because it felt more motel-like and had fee activities on site.

  • My family and I stayed here for three nights and we enjoyed our stay here. The room was large and clean with moderately comfortable beds. The location was quiet and easy to walk to the WEGO stop to take you to our destinations in the Niagara falls area. Upon arriving to the hotel we encountered a very nice and polite gentleman who was very helpful and offered us very helpful tips to make our stay easier in the city. We would stay here again if we chose to stay in Niagara Falls again.

  • The staff is extremely co-operative and good. They provide good service. The rooms were cleaned and well maintained. The view was good. My family and I liked it most because it was near to Niagara Falls and other tourist places.

  • Staff is extremely considerate and nice. But it's not enough for a hotel. I think the most important thing is the cleanliness, and this is the thing the they miss. Since I went inside the place looked old, and this is fine because it's the style, but once I arrived in the room, the bathroom was dirty and I could tell that they just change the sheets and towels. Even on the window there were dead bugs. The door of the bathroom was disgusting. And carpet didn't smell that good. At breakfast we noticed that all the bagels were with little spots of mold. We let it noticed to the lady there who replaced those right away (I don't think I had to tell her, they should check it before putting those there). Good thing was the free parking spot and the staff. Price is good but not for what they offer.

  • Nice rooms, hot water was absent late in the day. Cracked tile in bathroom. Looks a little run down, but not bad.
