The Horseshoe Falls is the most impressive waterfall from the Canadian side. As impressive as the falls are, a trip behind the scenes will be just as awe-inspiring if not more. Journey Behind The Falls, Niagara Falls Reviews

  • There are a ton of attractions at Niagara Falls but this is could be my favorite one. The most impressive part was the first viewing gallery just by the side of the falls. It was an amazing view. We went in March. Not all parts were open but there was no line up at all. I would definitely recommend.

  • This is an awesome experience. You take a elevator down in to the Earth and then walk through a bunch of old man made hall ways and end up on a platform right behind the falls. The water pours down and the mist is intense. They give you a poncho to wear on your journey.

  • During the winter season, the lower level with the display boards are closed off. Not much to do in the tunnels. To break the monotony, they have set up some fun facts to read as you travel down to each portal. Definitely not a great place if you're claustrophobic. View from the bottom is amazing.

  • It was fun to go behind the falls. Then go out on to the lookout for a different perspective. This is definitely one of the things you should do while in Niagara Falls.

  • Our family loved this experience! The line is long, but the staff is very efficient and the line moves quickly. You are given a disposable poncho and take an elevator down to a set of OLD tunnels that run behind the falls. The tunnels open up at several places and allow onlookers to get a very close up look behind the raging falls. If you walk out onto the observation area you are definitely getting wet. This experience was definitely worth it!!
