  • Great place to stay, staff very helpful and friendly. Pleased there was a pavilion where all 24 of us could gather. The one bathroom I used was clean and well stocked, had some inoperable faucets, most likely for use by hairdryers only. We were in Room 24 and the kitchen was the best of the motel rooms! Ask for it if you need a full kitchen. One note to house keeping, our oven had dirty pans in it. Not a big problem.

  • Despite it is situated next to a boulevard, once inside the atmosphere is something else with all those trees. Feeling more like being in a suburb hood than true wilderness. Nonetheless, is is very peaceful, the kids (and not so kids) love the heated pools. A park and a huge trampoline keep kiddos active, while parents could go on a bike ride or even a beer at the camping pub. Not far from Niagara Falls attractions.

  • Brought my parents there for their 56 anniversary! We booked the deluxe cabin and didn't expect the cabin to be as glam as it was!!! My parents were so impressed with the cabin and so was I! We had an amazing stay! The cabin had extra blankets and the a/c was actually too cool lol...the only down fault was the fire pit was not on the cabin site we had to go a little way further than we wanted...plus the bag of wood was 11$ plus! Other then that we had an awesome stay and would like to thank all the employees at KOA!!😘

  • My family and I visited KOA this past weekend for a baseball tournament. I had not previously been and personally love cottages and camping. Initially, I thought that this site was quite cute and hospitable considering its location and demographic. This site is much suited for young children and teenagers. There are lots of things for kids to do (swimming, biking, mini golfing, basketball, live music, etc) however it is not that accommodating to adults. First off, the pricing was very high for a two-night stay. We paid well over $200 for a tiny cabin that seems to be meant for two. We also had to pay additional parking fees of $30 and were charged incorrectly on our parking bill. Also, when we received our parking pass, the incorrect license plate was written on the front and we had to drive back to replace it. The next thing that was upsetting was when “quiet hour” went into effect. After 10:00p.m. you are not allowed to have any music playing outside of your cabin. We had an entire baseball team throughout KOA grounds, more than half of us staying there being adults. If you are looking to take your kids camping or to a cottage this is a friendly place for that, however, there are much cheaper options that offer the same type of thing. I would not recommend this place to adults or large groups looking to stay up past 10:00p.m.

  • We stayed for one week at a full service site. Very well maintained grounds and bathrooms and showers are modern and very clean. Great staff. Kept up well on the busy weekends! If I return I would go with a deluxe site. Close to the attractions by bus, walking or bicycling. Really great time.
