Table Rock, Niagara Falls Reviews
Most staff were incredibly rude, the bathrooms were DISGUSTING! No toilet paper in ANY stalls, used tampons and pads COVERING the floor, along with pee covering the seats. I told 2 different staff about it, neither one reported it or did anything about it (we waited 20 minutes to see if they would do literally anything to improve it before finding somewhere else to use). The attractions were good, but honestly weren't worth it after the horrible service and filthy facilities. After my experience, I would personally recommend doing ANYTHING ELSE in Niagara Falls, and there is A LOT else.
The welcome center itself is nice. The entrance and ticket sales to Journey Behind The Falls is in the one area of the building. There are also a handful of souvenir shops and food places in the building. You can get a lot of nice views of the falls from outside the building and from some of the restaurants. Adjacent to the building is a Wego 'terminal' it's a convenient place to get your all day bus pass which is highly recommended if you are planning to explore the Niagara Falls area.
Crowded but what do you expect. Good view of the falls and there was a good bit to peruse in the couple of shops they had there. I definitely recommend stopping for a quick bite at the sushi place if your hungry while doing your tourist stuff.
I don't think you can really say anything bad about this welcome center. It has items for sale, food to eat, attractions to see, good views of the falls, and a few outlets here and there to recharge. Take advantage of the adventure pass while you're here. It's worth all the savings.
We were visiting from the U.S. and we were very happy with the visitor center. We visited on a Saturday and the place was very crowded. The staff was very friendly and helpful as if it was a slow day. The prices were surprisingly reasonable. We started to eat in the restuarant just for the fantastic view of the falls but didn't have the time. I look forward to visiting again.
