Kegon Falls - Review
Another gem of Japan, the Kegoon falls is ranked as one of the country’s best waterfalls. Located at the Lake Chuzenji, these falls are a result of rerouted lava that forms the Daiya River. Cascading from a height of 318 feet, the Kegon Falls, are encircled by twelve more tiny waterfalls that squirt from the cracks of adjoining mountains.
People from all over Japan, come to admire these falls, especially in the months of fall, thus even causing traffic jams on routes to the falls.

Kegon Falls, Nikko Reviews
A must see! Mesmerising view! Really feeling the force of nature. חובה לראות! נוף פשוט משתק! אפשר להרגיש את העצמה של הטבע דרך התבוננות במפל בעצום הזה.
Please come during winter! Or at least fall, unless you want to come all the way here and be disappointed. During winter, the waterfall would have frozen and it was truly a sight to behold. No one comes to Nikko during winter as well so you would have the view for yourself. During fall, the shade of trees around the waterfall would have turned into 4 kinds of fall foliage—red, orange, yellow, and green—making the waterfall even more scenic.
We could not see the waterfalls due to a very dense fog, so I choose a neutral evaluation of three stars. We had lunch in a nearby restaurant serving trout fished in the lakd, which was really excellent. There are some parking slots near the entrance to the waterfalls.
AWESOME. One of the best spectacular view that I have seen in my life. I bet, you can easily spend an hour watching this natural beauty.
Loved this place. Really worth going. The 97m fall is impressive and makes a great photo shoot opportunity. Very easy to get to from the bus station and the lift is also very convenient. I’d be back!
