  • We were staying in a western twin room with breakfast and dinner included. The room is spacious enough. Both breakfast and dinner are buffet style. There plenty of choices.

  • Good location. Very good hot bath. Room clean and tidy but a little bit old.

  • Doing laundry during your stay here is a nightmare. They have only one Washer and Dryer in such a huge hotel. Laundry is always queued, and you need to wait for hours going back and forth between your room and the washing machine room... Other aspects of this hotel is fine including a great buffet meal. However having to waste hours on laundry spoils your total stay. Very disappointing.

  • Very big onsen hotel, nice onsens

  • Stayed one night. Several kinds of baths all with English signs. Outdoor bath has a man made waterfall but only on one side (male and female switch sides everyday at around 3AM). Dinner buffet (5400 yen) had freshly made sushi, crab legs, freshly grilled steak and a lot more. The free breakfast buffet had pastries and an assortment of western/japanese foods. Past 9pm (stayed in Saturday) you can hear the sound of drunk people singing karaoke in the lobby.
