The Mount Frankland National Park laden with a plethora of wildflowers, old-growth Jarrah and Karri forestry is among the seven national parks in the Walpole Wilderness area. Also known as Caldyanup, the Mount Frankland National Park hiking is quite easy and accessible for the kids as well as the adults and the senior citizens. Your trail starts with a steep paved path through the invigorating Southern forests leading to the stone stairs with rungs and rails. After covering the stairs, you will have to climb the ladder and the fenced cement stairs to reach the summit. Along the way, you will also find the forest art sculptures on the Karri trees. The wildflower laden path looks magical during full bloom in spring. The Deep River and the Fernhook fall cascading down the boulders will be added bonanzas.
