Waterfall Tours, Nuwara Eliya Reviews

  • It’s a very nice place, but honestly, I expected a bigger fall. Also, the place had signs warning people of snakes, I don’t believe it’s venomous, but you should be careful out there. The hike to the fall took me about 30 minutes up a hill.

  • A very beautiful attraction. Parking is very limited at the place. Road to the top of the mountain is very narrow, so it is better to park the vehicle somewhere nearby and go by foot. There is a walk of about 1.5km to the very near of the waterfall. Do not bring non degradable material to the pkace.

  • Not a difficult trek. Less than 1km slight climb through the tea bushes. Even a kid can manage. Can get quite close to the water fall's bottom and have a good look at the fall as well as good view of the city on the opposite side

  • A nice waterfall and worth the visit. You can either get a Tuk tuk up the hill for a nominal fee or enjoy the 40 minute walk. The waterfall is a 5 minute walk from the car park area at the top. The waterfall itself is beautiful and people seem to spend 5-15 mins sitting and enjoying the view once there. There is only really one vantage point to enjoy the fall from and that is at the base. The water is diverted from the base for drinking and irrigation purposes so try not to pollute it in any way.

  • You'll find stunning landscapes on the way to get there. The waterfall is normal beautiful. But the way is a look at a heaven.
