Pinstripes Reviews & Ratings
The restaurant is excellent and they have a very nice patio for outdoor dining. Food was excellent. Their veggie burger is an original creation. It was a bit unusual as it was a soft bean patty and didn't hold together very well. Not quite what I expected but it was still good for what it was. Our party of six was very happy and we would definitely recommend dining here.
We had a blast me and my group loved the atmosphere. The drinks were delicious the only issue we had server that kept messing up our order. Understandably it was busy but we did wait a long time for drink order which I would be ok cause it was busy but an employee from the Chicago Downtown location I believe his name was Alonzo got all squared away with the staff and we were able to have great experience thank you Alonzo
My experience does not come from being a customer here, but as someone who was seeking employment. I immediately received an email from Matthew A.(who I assume is the hiring manager or service manager)after putting in an application. We went back and forth setting up an interview time and came to an agreement for the next day. I arrive of course 10-15 minutes early only to be told that Matt was busy and they would get someone else to conduct the interview. After waiting nearly 30 minutes a young man by the name of Chase informs me he will conduct the interview. I stand to follow him (thinking we would go somewhere a bit more quieter bc I had been sitting at the table right by the front door) only for him to sit down to have the interview right in, basically what I would call the lobby. He asked about my employment history (I am a bartender/server) and asked one question “Name a time you went above and beyond”. The interview lasted no more than four minutes. The next day I emailed Matt thanking him for the interview opportunity and to thank Chase as well, and nothing. Crickets. I left a message for him as well, nothing overbearing. I reached out twice all in a weeks worth of time because I am someone who follows up on anything I do. Even if they didn’t want me (which is obvious) a professional establishment would have reached out to at least inform me of that decision. There is not a variety of people working there it’s time they spice it up a bit. Reviews aren’t only for customer experience.
First time going for bowling and dinner. Feel as though it a little overpriced. If you are looking for the flashing lights, music or typical bowling feel, this is not the place. Food was good. Expect to pay over 100 bucks for two
Good food and lively and fun environment! There seems to be a lack of communication among the staff (was told our reservation was 1 hour when we really had 2, wasn't clear if we reserved 1 or 2 lanes). We've been here before for a wedding and had tons of fun, the outside balcony with fire pits is a really nice way to escape the activities inside
