Aussichtsplattform Bibliothek is a library with remarkable architectonic structure. There are adequate seats inside the library for students and learners with ample stocks of books. The library gives free library cards to the children aged below 18 years. One of the major attractions of this site is the rooftop balcony which gives a panoramic view of the city with beach chairs available for the visitors. Aussichtsplattform Bibliothek contains audio books and DVDs containing software of overseas languages as well as normal books on Russian, English, Swedish, and many more languages.
