If you wish to revisit the colonial times, then you must visit the Historic Odessa Foundation when in town. The place is home to about 5 buildings that date back to the 18th and 19th centuries. A tour of the restored houses will show you antique household furnishings, along with paintings and other fine arts. The sprawling gardens, occupying around 30 acres of land, are well-landscaped and picturesque. The Historic Odessa Foundation’s collection will give you a glimpse of the rich Delaware history.
