I have to visit here every time I visit NM - everything about Ojo Caliente is so idyllic. It's currently snowing, and the tubs are the perfect way to escape from the cold and recoup after a day of skiing. Most people are quiet, but you can normally remind people to quiet down without people becoming angry. I actually recommend paying for the robe and locker rental - it's a pain to bring them on your own, and the robes here are great. Enjoy!
This was my fourth time at Ojo Caliente, and my first time staying overnight. We spent 3 nights in the historic hotel. It was perfect. We wandered from the hotel to the restaurant to the springs, and just totally unwound. We took a morning yoga class, a hike in the snow, and ate most of our meals in the Artesian restaurant, which was even more delicious than I'd expected. I love having Ojo as my go-to spot for relaxation and peace.
What a lovely place! The place is clean, pools are great, staff is the best! Our experience was hassle free, my family loved it there. Change rooms are clean, rest rooms are clean, a helper is always around. Additionally we did like the food, we are vegetarians and the chef accommodate for a wonderfully delicious veggie pasta! Go ahead, an ideal place to relax.
We loved our stay here. It was so relaxing! My favorite parts were the Eucalyptus steam room, the iron pool, and the soothing smells. Thank you to Beverly, specifically, who was extremely kind and helpful. We felt very welcome.
I love our new Mexico hot springs and Ojo Caliente demos it well. Although there are some free spring location around NM, Ojo is one of the places they built up into a resort so there is a price to pay. It's well kept with lots of treatment options. My ladies took me here for my bachelorette gathering many moons ago. It was beautiful and soothing.
