  • Great place to take your kids to see Airplanes close up.

  • Unique, different! Worth b the stop to see a bit of history!

  • Such great real planes. the base and area has great photo places if you like planes

  • Small, but some cool static displays, you can get up close!

  • Great park to stop by for a couple hours, weather permitting. Lots of historic airframes to look at. Most of them have a historic connection to Tinker AFB, either through OC-ALC, or the Douglas factory. Each airframe has a pedestal explaining its connection. The park is right by the base entrance, and the commissary, so if you're there at end of the day, you'll see all the servicemembers stop and render honors as the flag is lowered. Very neat to be in the presence of.
