Founded in 1992, in Stillwater Oklahoma this branch of the franchise was opened in 2003. The selling point of the saloon is the live music shows that it hosts every weekend. It's a moderately-sized venue, what about 450 pre show tickets that sell out quickly. If you still want to catch the show however you can get tickets on the day of the event at the venue itself starting at 6 o'clock. Tickets are sold on a first-come first-serve basis. This is one of the best honky-tonk bars in the city. The atmosphere is extremely chilled out. The live music is always terrific. The staff is friendly, and there's a dance floor.
- This is a smoke-free venue.
- Street and car parking available.
- Happy hour is until 10 p.m.
- Bus 050 stop E Sheridan Ave at N Mickey Mantle Dr
- Amtrak Station - OKC

Sadly, the Wormy Dog is now closed and some trendy nightclub thing is replacing it. Reflect on all the women who were charmed and flattered in the smoke, and the many fights that graced the pool tables of this awesome place? Let the past die Kylo says....I say No Sir...let it be remembered by the many Oklahoma children consummated after a night at the ol WD!
They have good bands often. It's a country folk atmosphere. Several bars and service was good. A second floor overlooks the stage. There are multiple pool tables. It's kind of divey, but I like it.
Cool venue, kind of a drive bar downtown. Reasonable drinks, cool staff. Fine if you're already there but parking is tricky
Bartender was not personable at ALL. It was so crowded there were people pushed up against me the whole time. We paid $15 cover charge and had $170 bar tab. 3 days later, the $170 was posted to my account and I have SIX extra charges of $15 and one charge of $44 that just appeared from the wormy dog.... now I have to wait until they open on Thursday to even call them about it! Super frustrating. Not sure I'll be back. I don't want them draining my bank account again.
Closed now at that location buy a blast can't wait for the new digs
