Adirondack Woodcraft Camp Reviews & Ratings
My son had a fantastic time here. He came back from came changed, more confident, stronger, and mature. He had many stories and wilderness advebtures 30 years ago I went to Woodcraft and my dad said the same things about me. This place offers an unparalleled experience
I was a camper here in 1965 and 1966 and have many special memories. But the one that stands out was when Bob Dylan visited one night in 1966, just before his accident. Our counsellor and Bob were boyhood friends in Hibbing, Minnesota, and Bob was living in Woodstock, NY then.
My son and we’re lucky enough to have a weekend here. And we could not of had a better experience. The owners Doug and Christine and their wonderful children were so welcoming and warm. The cabins we stayed in were clean and comfortable. The activities was abundant and one was always better then the next. Doug made my sons experience even better with all his guidance and help for my son to achieve all the activities. My son had brain cancer and even simple things are very hard for him. He and Janet helped him hike bald mountain. Doug and Christine make this camp what it is. I hope to go back again. And I highly recommend everyone does as well
I was at this camp with my family for a retreat for families impacted by cancer. Christina and Doug, the owners, we're amazingly attentive to all of the families! They put 100%focus on what we wanted to do. I highly recommend this camp!!
Just got back from a weekend of touring the camp and meeting the staff. Wonderful camp in a beautiful setting. The staff is competent, knowledgeable and dedicated. Everything a summer camp should be.
