Dodge Park Reviews & Ratings

  • Great camping and picnics planning location for your Specially Planned Occasional weekends.

  • The campground at NP Dodge Park is your best option if you need a quick spot to camp for the night. Most campgrounds near Omaha require a reservation 24 hours ahead of time. You’re right on the Missouri River with lots of space to walk around. Tent camping (no electric) is $10 for the night. The park lights were on all night which prevented an “immersive” experience. Facilities were decent with showers and toilets. Florence had a few good options for dinner plus a pharmacy for supplies.

  • Great weather in the Spring and Fall!

  • I hike here often and hunt morel mushrooms here in the spring. Always find em. The woods have slowly been disappearing due to some project the city is doing. Still pretty but a lot fewer trees than it had five years ago. Great venue for outdoor weddings and great place to camp as well.

  • Quiet place in Omaha. Enjoyed my stay. Would stay here again and recommend. For the most part you will easily find a place to stay without needing reservations unless it's on a major holiday. It's $15 cash per night and all you have is electric no water or sewer.
