Casey Park Reviews & Ratings
Great park! You can canoe or kayak! Has a swimming area, mist park, playground, hiking trails, baseball/softball fields, football fields and is dog friendly. Great place for family birthdays, it has many pavilions.
Nice family park with a trail for biking or dog walking. Also there is a little stream to go kayaking and a little spray park. There are alot of bugs also
I can see that Casey Park is a beautiful and well kept place just from viewing the photos from other park goers. Albeit, a terrible incident happened there a few days ago which shouldn't bring any blemish to this beautiful serene place. Many families choose to be there for that reason alone. However, I make this post for the little girl, Zyvette Marquez Riviera and her parents. I'm so sorry for your great loss. I'm a mother and grandmother and I've experienced a different type of loss as a mother and grandmother. I never had the opportunity to meet my twins or two grandson because Jesus took them while they were being carried in the womb. The loss you are experiencing is great and you are not alone. I pray for you, her siblings if any and the remaining family. Even though you may not understand know that God cries for you and your loss. I pray one day you will have a certain peace that only Jesus can give you. Lastly, for all parents God Peace and protection for you and your children.
This is a fun park. Plenty of open areas. A loong skinny lake to go kayaking or canoeing. Its just shy of a mile long. It was once a old quarry. Plenty of parking too. I wouldn't recommend swimming as the weeds are everywhere
Not a whole lot to do but slide is a beast. And my two-year-old going on 3 could easily still scale it. Definitely worth the drive
