The Broumovske Slatiny or the Broumarske foothills by the Neplatil waterfront is considered as a natural heritage site covering 1.69 acres in the Semechnice village. Located along the eastern bank of Brouwer pond, the area is blessed with a diverse meadow systems namely peat meadows, jasano alluvial meadow, limestone meadow, sedge laden wetlands, damp oakwood and wetland alder. The Broumarske Slatiny is home to some of the protected plant species namely Dactylorhiza incarnata, Davall's Sedge and Loesel. You can enjoy walking through the woods, exploring different habitats and watching the plethora of goose wading in the water.
