Ordu is said to be a haven for enjoying picturesque beauty of Turkey. And the best place to enjoy such mesmerising scenic beauty is Boztepe. It is said to be one of the iconic tourist spot in the tourist. As you climb up this 550-meter hill, the peak provides you a stunning panoramic view of the entire Black Sea and the city, Ordu. Compare to the other peaks in the city, Boztepe is not that high. Still it has become a favourite spot among travellers and locals where they can sit and enjoy a picnic. Hence, if you are travelling with your family, take out some time from your travel schedule to enjoy a family picnic on this beautiful hill.

However, if you are worried about climbing the hill, the recently launched aerial lift line has solved that problem too. This seven-minute cable car (Ordu teleferik) will take you to the peak of this hill. The best part of this journey is, as you move up you can relish the marvellous view of the seafront as well as the surroundings.
