Traders World Reviews & Ratings
I go every Sunday at noon, and it is always a very enjoyable experience! Nice people, good food, and comfortable atmosphere. It's $2 per car, so it's an affordable afternoon activity. I definitely recommend going to this! You'll want to come back every weekend (their hours are Saturdays and Sundays from 9am-5pm).
I LOVE THIS PLACE! I I love thrifting in the pack area. I got 2 vintage lamps from the 1960’s for $40! I also love the fact that they rent scooters for people who can’t walk long distances. My mom has a lot of knee issues and she had the best time since she was able rent the scooter. We had a blast and got great stuff!
First trip to traders world and I was not disapointed! Once you get beyond the quirkiness of the exotic animal placements throughout the parking lot you enter into the market with its own quirkiness! ( Elvis' trike?) Plus live entertainment from the karaoke singer you could listen to all day. Hundreds of vendors. Many food options. Just a nice enjoyable day. Will be back in warmer weather so we can spend more time at the outdoor vendors. This is a nice daytime destination stop and the casino right down the street makes for a full day of fun!
I've gone to Traders World all my life. There isn't much to do in Southern Ohio. As a customer its remotely interesting but the prices are too expensive. There isn't any music playing in the market which makes it very boring for everyone and customers spend less money. As a seller the rent is too much for the amount of customers who actually buy something. People just go here to walk around and don't buy anything no matter how low the price is. If you think you can get market value for your items think again. Its better just to stay home and sell on Amazon. I've sold at a lot of flea markets and $100-$200 a day in sales is ridiculous when rent is $100+ a weekend despite the website saying $70 a weekend. If your complaining about prices being high, maybe buy something once in a while and sellers could give you a decent price. Most of the people are nice, but the products are just very mild and boring. Also sellers never buy anything from customers because they are not making much money. Its just a bunch of stale specialty businesses ran buy older people. Businesses don't last here because the market is just stale as a kid is was lively with lots of GOOD DEALS, polka music, beer, big cigars etc. it was exciting now its just so boring and feels like a retirement home where fun goes to die.
It’s actually pretty decent. Lots of NEW and USED things. Great prices for majority of the items. I would recommend not stepping foot in Treasure Island though. Not worth the walk around. Just my opinion though.
