Ihop Reviews & Ratings
The staff are nice and friendly. However, the Food quality and quantity are not as per IHOP standard. Waited for a long time to get coffee refill.
The food was very good. It was VERY busy and crowded. But the servers were kind and helpful.
The smell almost made it unbearable. There was two men (looked like managers) standing at the counter talking to a customer the entire time we were there while the few waitresses scrambled about to get food out and orders taken. The table next to us was dirty when we arrived and was never bussed the entire time we were there. Food was mostly cold, eggs overcooked. We were all very happy to not get sick after we ate. I do not recommend eating here.
Worst customer service. We came in, had to wait like everyone else which is fine. There was a couple who came in after us and sat next to us mind you we were a party of 2 as well. The couple next to us got their food before us, ate and left. Meanwhile we’re still waiting for our food. My fiends food came out first and mine was supposedly on its way, wait 30 min later to get mine. My friend had to eat without me. Two hours later, not once did they ask us for refills or if we needed anything else. Oh and then to top it all off I never got my side that was offered with my entree. Could’ve went to Wendy’s for better customer service and gotten the same thing, biscuits and gravy.
They have good old American food. It's not expensive or fancy. It's just good food at a fair price. This location is very busy since it's attached to the Days Inn especially for breakfast but if you're staying at the Days it very convenient too. They move you through quickly but do allow for a little extra time during peak hours. It's a small restaurant. The staff was very friendly and as attentive as possible especially considering how thin they were spread out. I do love the flavored syrup options.
