Tickets were gifted to me for Christmas, and the show was Christmas night. What a great gift and a great time. Actors are awesome and the show is very interactive. Don't be surprised when you're asked to participate. Fun time for all ages, even my 1yr old was dancing and laughing. Food is alright, it is definitely pirate food. I don't frequent the tourist district, but this was a nice surprise.
My family and I went for the first time last night. It was a blast. There was entertainment right when you walk through the door. The actors where engaging and my 7 year old loved it. Allot of laughs and just clean family fun. The food was terrific. Five stars all the way! Thank you for a great time. It was worth every cent!
I expected cheesy--but Pirates Dinner Adventure is "off the hook!" While waiting, there is plenty to see and be entertained by. The lady who does the airbrush tattoos--I unfortunately did not catch her name--aas so sweet and professional. She added an extra layer of enjoyment to our night! When it's time to go in, they don't pause the entertainment. A fully well written Christmas themed show, but inclusive comments of other holidays. Every aspect was very thoughtful. Our Green Pirate Jose was a terrific aerial silk artist and I would pay to watch him and his partner (the Mermaid) do a full show. The food was better than you would expect out of dinner and a show. Our server, Thomas, was very sweet and they do an amazing job not standing in front of you while the show is going on. Before you go, you should know there ARE loud noises, booms, some strobe-type lights. They involve you in the games, and the kids add a cute angle for those with families. Every bit adds to the immersion experience.
As long as you're not expecting gourmet food or award winning acting, you'll have fun. The acrobatics are good and the show is fun. Some of the cast have impressive voices and unfortunately some are just going through the motions. However, if you are attending a pirate dinner show what do you expect? Go and have a good time.
I've enjoyed this show both times, not bad good for price and great audience interaction. The hour wait prior to show is a bit much , mostly just a money spending gimmick. So I just showed up on time this trip. All seats are great seats. Now do take a jacket as cool in there I find
