Red Roof Inn Orlando Convention Center Reviews & Ratings
Really, I should say 1 star but I’m feeling generous. This “hotel” isn’t that great. The never vacuumed or swept our floors the five days we were there. They only sometimes took our trash. The halls smell moldy and the ceiling is buckling. The microwave was dirty. Oh, and don’t try to sleep on the couch if you want an even surface to sleep on. The main plus was the beds were made efficiently. They really looked nice on the days they made them up.
Such a lack of customer service. A.C. didn't work and they didn't care to offer another room. I had to go to the front office and demand one. They never apologized and acted as if they could care less. Dirty carpet and smell of urine. It was awful. Second room A.C. was so loud we could barely sleep. I will never return and would advise against anyone staying there. Horrible experience. Unfriendly staff. Very disappointing.
Guest Service agent " Ephny Jean-Louis" he was above and beyond. I check in late ask for some amenities he didn't hesitate to give me what I needed I also ask for directions for a store and he guide me the right way. It was my boyfriend birthday and we got an amazing time. Room clean and restaurants super close. I request late C/O and it was possible too. 😍😍💯
I would not know how nice the hotel room is because even after driving 5+ hours the front desk and manager were not accommodating to our needs at all. Tired, hungry, and sweaty in 85 degree weather we were told we could use the bathroom and that check in is at 4 pm?! While watching rooms clean and ready for check in these women had no regard for the weary traveler. Definitely not worth the 90 dollars it cost at all.....the bathroom had one working stall and one pool that was riddled with trash....Rosen bought it but did not upgrade it at all. Nope. Not again!
The worst experience in cheap hotel accommodations. We knew not to expect anything fancy for the price but this place still managed to shock us! Out of 2 pools and 2 jacuzzis only 1 pool is working, the rest is out of order. "Double beds" are too small even for my toddlers to sleep together and the mattresses are very uncomfortable. You can manage to lie down in the center, but on the side of the mattress you have to balance to not fall off. Pillows are tiny and lumpy. Blankets are hospital style thin. Air conditioner can barely cool down the room during the day and wouldn't even make the room cold at night. And my personal worst surprise - no microwave in the room. I don't remember the last time I had no microwave in a hotel... On the bright side, the room is pretty clean, and so is the bathroom. Sheets and towels are very white. Still, this whiteness did not help me have a good night's sleep, was tossing and turning all night and now feel completely tired for my day of fun at the SeaWorld. I would highly recommend this hotel to my worst enemies! Worst hotel ever!!!
