Ripley’s Believe It or Not, Orlando and its wacky and out of the ordinary "Odditorium" appears as though it’s falling into a Florida sinkhole. The whole place is swimming in oddities and eccentricities of several kinds.
There are 16 exhibitions and also certain shows that include the strangest things, stories and collections from around the world. There is a lot to see so make sure you have some time on your hands.
There is a real human shrunken head, an Egyptian mummy, a tribute to Robert Wadlow (the World's Tallest Man), a two-headed calf, an illusions display, a ten-foot segment of the Berlin Wall. A very interesting exhibit is a Rolls Royce made as a product of more than one million match sticks. A fourteen foot representation of the Last Supper made entirely from dryer hint is also very bizarre. You get the picture. The place is simply crazy. Ripley’s Believe it or Not Orlando is a lot of fun and although probably not suitable for younger kids, older kids will be able to enjoy it. My husband and I decided to visit Ripley's while we were on our honeymoon, and it was the best decision we made! It was so much fun! There are plenty of things for both adults and children to enjoy, and the interactive portions of the exhibits make you feel like a kid again. We spent almost 2 hours going through the museum, but we could have stayed longer! Definitely a great place to visit for families or people who want to have a fun time on a budget!
Great experience. Loved it. But $22.00 is a bit steep of a price. Wife and I got a wax mold of our hands and that turned out amazing. I would recommend anyone going to search out coupons for this they are out there and brings the price down a bit. 5* and the manager was super nice as well.
Good clean fun! It’s a self guided walking tour, very nice and well put-together. Probably 20minutes if you rush, but we found it easy to enjoy and spent over an hour. Thumbs up!
One of the best side attractions in international drive, a true family attraction with something for everyone. A little expensive for what it is but totally worth it if your not worried about pricing structure. You can get was hands here!!!! Which is something really cool and unique.
We had a lot of fun at Ripley's Believe It or Not. What was really interesting was the wax hands portion which really makes it fun for couples. You walk away with a really ornate display piece that you can put on display in your living room. We did some wax hands and they are lovely. The other portions of the exhibitor very interesting and we really enjoyed ourselves. Make sure to hold onto the rails when you go through the tunnel or you will lose your horizon.
