The hours don't match up with Google. So many times I have walked to this place and the drive thru is the only thing open. Maybe they are too short-staffed & just lock the doors after dark to make it easy. I've just resorted to not going to this location because obviously they don't want dine-in business.
- The staff very rude. - The smell of the restaurant is very bad. - It looks like not clean. - Actually this the first bad Subway restaurant, usually Subway resturants are perfect.
I drove to this location at 8:40pm to be yelled at from the parking by the employee saying “we closed” and I felt that was disrespectful. I understand it’s late and you want to close, but from what I understand. This specific location doesn’t close until 9pm. It was an unprofessional approach to the situation. It really didn’t feel welcoming nor would I want to eat at or from a place that doesn’t value their customers.
I was craving a sub after all of the Thanksgiving leftovers in my fridge, I was thinking a Publix sub initially but thought, Im going to a genuine sub shop for me a sub, I went through the drive through at Subway on OBT and Holden, I ordered a classic BMT combo with two cookies and a cherry coke, the cashier working the window was so kind, I tipped her two dollars for her friendliness, I went home with my sub and to my horror they mixed the mayo and mustard on top on my veggies on my sub leaving it super sloppy and dry at the bottom of the sub, I called and spoke to the manager about my sub, he simply stated hey sorry, he didnt offer to replace it, or anything, the sub was so nasty and sloppy I threw it away, I wasted 13 dollars on this horrible sandwich combo, should have stuck to Publix.
Love the sandwiches good quality foods and prices
