Osage Beach Premium Outlets Reviews & Ratings

  • The Osage Beach Marketplace or shopping center is a great place to find all kinds of cool things. The downside of it all is... it is a dying place. From my understanding, the decline in the population around that area and I guess Fort Leonard Wood, has led to stores closing. It has been sad for me to see over there years, but it is happening whether I or we want it. It no longer seems to be a well traveled place, which is sad because they do often have amazing deals and very friendly staff. Oddly enough, I think the absence of customers has led to a more talkative and kinder staff. If you get the chance to stop in to any of the many still available stores, I highly recommend it.

  • A bit depressing. A lot of the stores have closed, leaving a shell of what it used to be 10 yrs ago. If you just want a place to walk...I suppose it's okay, but I prefer walking around a State park. Much better scenery.

  • Generally good outlet mall with wide variety of stores. Selection: Some of the higher-end stores have good selection, Brooks Brothers, Polo, Sunglass place. Some stuff is clearly manufactured for the Outlet Mall location--which is fundamentally counter to why they were created. A few small dining options, but not much. Mall is so spread out, it's hard to walk store to store when hot. Be sure to check the map to hit stores you want, walking randomly is not a good idea.

  • Lots of interesting places. Some new closures. Sadly many closed units. Good deals on kids clothing.

  • Good outlet mall. Did have a few empty stores. But still worth the visit to shop. I was there with co workers and they stopped at the gap and larry and daves. Good visit
