Hankyu Umeda Main Store - Review
Opened in 1929, this was the world's first department store to open at a railway terminal. Most of the mall's offerings comprise of the world's best luxury fashion brands. Cosmetics do a thriving trade too. Most of the shops cater to women. It has some good restaurants, covering various cuisines, mainly Japanese. The vendors on the bottom floor specialise in Japanese delicacies. This is the flagship store of the franchise.

Hankyu Umeda Main Store, Osaka Reviews
It's a mega department store selling high quality brands as well as featuring a lot of hand made crafts but at a high price point- didn't see too many bargains here. There is even a train focused store on the 9th floor. Can be somewhat confusing to get to from the Umeda station if you don't know what you are looking for (there are few English signs). If you show your passport at the info desk you get a 5% off coupon. They do have an entire section on Japanese crafts including tea ceremony items and kimono.
The food section is amazing! There's such a huge variety, especially desserts! You end up buying more than you intended because they all look so good.
Nice place in osaka for shopping. There a lot of tasty foods at here as well.
Good for window shopping but way too expensive for me
It is very fancy stores and the restaurants have delicious food!
